  • A non refundable deposit of 10% will be required at the time of booking
  • Payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice
  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to Clifton Catering), BACS. Please note we do not take card payments.
  • Stated menu prices are per person and subject to VAT at the current rate
  • Crockery, utensils, cups & saucers and glasses can be provided at no extra cost but a replacement charge will be made for loss or breakages
  • Serving staff are not included within the charges
  • We do not accept liability for circumstances outside our control including, but not confined to, industrial action, fire, flooding, accidents, civil unrest
  • Menus are suggestions and for guidance. We endeavour to adhere to the menu description but occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control products may be unavailable. On such occasions we reserve the right to make changes to the menu description
